Jessie and I conquered another hilly trail this past Saturday. We did the Pedal Thru the Pines in Bastrop and Buescher State Parks. 14 punishing miles thru the parks and then 13 realitively easy miles home. It was great. Jessie and I had a great time. However, Cameron joined us on this one. He started out great but then had two flats! After the ride we met Katie and Moose and Chris at the RoadHouse for burgers and birthday cake. It was Katie's 29th and we really had a great time. Jessie and Cameron went home right after the ride so Sally and I went to mass. heard a great homily from a great visiting priest.
