It has been such a long time since I took time to do a post. It is really sad that I have not had anything to write about. Such is life. Kind of reminds me of a quote we learned in the military about combat: Combat is a few minutes of terror and confussion sandwiched between hours of boredom. That about sums everything up. I have learned that boredom is not neccessarily a bad thing. At least when you are bored you aren't terriffied or confused.
I guess the big thing is, the remodel is on! We are now finishing up with the bank and then the hammering will begin. We are looking at appliances today and we get the kitchen measure and design on Thursday. We will get a storage container delivered on Saturday so we can start emptying the house for the remodeler's. Here is a before pic of the back porch looking really bad. Hopefully the next pic will have the house looking fine!
